Ivelina: “Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens”, says Carl Gustav Jung, About twelve years ago, I began my own inner journey, a path of self-discovery, understanding, and personal growth. Over time I realized thet this journey is a lifelong process, and that is exactly what makes it so meaningful.

I believe that every person deserves to live a fulfilling life and to move trough life’s challenges with greater ease and awareness. At the same time, I know that each of us has “blind spots” – unconscious patterns and loyalties that can prevent us from reaching our full potential and living in harmony with ourselves and others.

Through systematic constellations we begin a process of bringing these hidden dynamics into the light. When they become visible, new perspectives emerge, along with opportunity to take responsibility and reconnect with our inner strength.

As an organisational psychologist and systemic constellations facilitator, my mission is to share knoweledge and experience, to support people in their development, and to offer new perspectives for personal and professional growth – whether in family, personal, or work environments.

I believe that when a person takes their rightful place within the systems they belong to, they can more easily connect with their resources and move forward in life. An important part of this process is also the devepment of soft skills, which are essential for personal direction, relationships, and professional fulfilment.
