Hello, I’m Neda Velinova- psychologist and psychotherapist. Often people seek therapy when they have tried various ways to solve certain issues by themselves but feel stuck and unsure of what to do next. Reaching out and trying to find a therapist can be a hard thing to do, but once you take the first step, it gets easier.
In my personal style, therapy is a warm, supportive process where I focus on each person’s specific needs and topics that brings to the session(s). Together we explore feelings, true needs; we may look into patterns that don’t work anymore. You can gain new coping tools, develop self- support system, and broaden your awareness.
Life offers obstacles and pose the question of how we handle them. I believe that having a safe, caring space, is a good support that makes you pass through life challenges easier, with more care for yourself. I appreciate being part of my clients’ unique journeys to authenticity, self- awareness, self-worth, fulfilling relations and life satisfaction.
